Refund policy
At PawLove Care Store, customer satisfaction is important to us.
As we operate under a dropshipping model, all products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below:

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will offer a replacement or refund after verification. -
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours for resolution. -
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. -
No Refund Conditions
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Delay due to shipping carriers
- Minor differences in product appearance
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Change of mind after shipping

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Note: As products are shipped directly from suppliers, return shipping may not always be applicable.
