Refund policy

At PawLove Care Store, customer satisfaction is important to us.

As we operate under a dropshipping model, all products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
  2. Wrong Item Received
    If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
  3. Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  4. No Refund Conditions
    We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
  • Delay due to shipping carriers
  • Minor differences in product appearance
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after shipping
  1. Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Note: As products are shipped directly from suppliers, return shipping may not always be applicable.
